Acceptance of Terms
By adding Firefly to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue use. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and premium subscribers.
Bot Usage
Firefly is provided as-is for use within Discord. You may use the bot for its intended purposes including moderation, leveling, music, economy, and other features. You are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for your server and ensuring its use complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Firefly to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute spam or unsolicited content; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's systems; use automated tools to abuse rate limits or API endpoints; or use the bot's AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Premium features are provided per-server and are non-transferable.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Firefly at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server. Upon termination, your right to use the bot ceases immediately.
Disclaimers
Firefly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or any actions taken by the bot's moderation features. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for premium services in the preceding 12 months.
